Lexi and Riley are rewriting the rules of skincare - how it works, who it’s for, and what it delivers. WEEKDYS started as a late-night “what if?” between two friends after a concert at Red Rocks - half-joking, half-serious, and fully fired up about building something better. They saw the gap, started testing formulas, and once they saw the results, couldn’t stop. What started as a wild idea turned into a brand they knew had to exist. 

LEXI WILK

Lexi has been in the aesthetics industry for 7 years, working hands-on as a licensed aesthetician with clients at a top med spa in Denver, Colorado. After struggling with severe cystic acne for almost 10 years, she became obsessed with finding products that actually deliver - not just promise. 

She kept seeing the same problems: men and women are lost when it comes to skincare, routines are overcomplicated, and self-tanners on the market lead to acne, sensitivity, or aren’t enjoyable to use. Her clients kept asking for something better. The tanning drops and serums weren’t cutting it, so she created something that does.

RILEY BURNS

Skincare wasn’t really his thing, until one night, he borrowed his girlfriend’s self-tanner. Woke up looking better. Walked differently. Felt like a new version of himself. He thought: Why aren’t more guys doing this?

After that, there was no going back. That one moment flipped a switch and what started as curiosity, turned into a full-on mission to make skincare and self-tan feel easy, approachable, and actually cool for guys who’ve never known where to start.

Equal parts fashion guy and soul-searcher, Riley’s all about helping people feel cooler, sharper, and more themselves - especially the ones who’ve never been into skincare.

Skincare actives at this level and self-tanner weren’t meant to mix - until Benjamin made it happen. We teamed up with the founder and formulator of Truth Treatment Systems, one of the most powerful skincare brands in the world, and a legend in the skincare chemistry space. Benjamin is a registered pharmacist, nutritionist, skin care chemist, and longtime medical aesthetic insider who formulates beyond the limits of mainstream skincare. He’s spent the past 35 years developing pharmacy-potent skin health products for estheticians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and his own savvy customers.

He believes that caring for your skin should be much more than cosmetic, and should focus on the health of the skin above all else. His mission is to provide topical nourishment for the skin that meets the strictest performance standards.
